Abbey Cellars Functions

Our unique venue offers a dramatic backdrop for any event and our function calendar fills up fast!

We have a superb selection of wines & craft beers on offer for your guests. Our venue would be a great location either in the vineyard gardens or in the cellar door. Whatever you want, we are happy to work together with you to make your day one to remember.

Wine and Beverage

Abbey Cellars is fully licensed and the bar will be stocked according to your specific requirements and drinks will be charged on consumption to your limit. If you wish to revert to a cash bar at this time we can do so and have Eftpos and credit card facilities available at the bar.
We serve a selection of beers and a range of champagnes on our wine list or can quote a price for your preference if desired. BYO is not an option that we offer.

Food Trucks

We can organise food trucks to be on site for your event. Min spend on food is $2,000. Indolicious, Fork & Noise, Piku Izakaya, Black Betty, Pure Catering, Gourmet BBQ, Indulgence Catering etc

Access on the Day

We are available for evening functions from 6:00pm - 10:00 pm.

Facility Fees

The Abbey Cellar Door and grounds are for your exclusive use and attracts a venue rental fee of $1000.

Dates and Deposits

Once you have decided on Abbey Cellars as your venue and a date is settled, a $1,000 deposit for the venue fee is required as confirmation of your booking. Please be aware that the deposit is non refundable.

Entertainment System

Bands or DJs are welcome and we have a fabulous stage and area for dancing.

An inbuilt speaker system for Cellar Door entertainment with Spotify, Ipod connections available as well.

Venue Numbers

The Abbey Cellars inside and courtyard and gardens are able to be used, however weather can not be guaranteed, therefore numbers are based on our inside and covered pergola space.
Seated functions have a maximum of 85 people. Non-seated functions have a maximum of 150 people. Minimum numbers are 65 people.
