Description
A vibrant, generous Chardonnay with flavours of ripe golden peach, apricots and hints of citrus. Beautifully concentrated, the mouth is complexly layered with nutty notes, vanilla and sweet stonefruit.
Fermented from the bacteria in the air and barrel, instead of commercial yeast strains. Resulting in amazing flavours and complexities.
Aged in French Oak Puncheons for 9 months.
